Apple music wont play any song

Hi guys,

I am an apple music user form the first month that Apple Music starts. But from 3 days ago (22 sep) my Apple Music just play cached songs. I cant play any other songs on iPhone (iOS 10) or mac book pro. I try to use apple music on other iPhone device and other Apple Id who access to apple music but that seems the same.

Is there any new access denied on my area? (I'm from Iran)
